The Drake University men's tennis team and six of its student-athletes were honored by the Intercollegiate Tennis Associate (ITA) for their academic performance this past season.
 
The team's GPA of 3.52 earned it All-Academic Team honors. To earn team All-Academic recognition, teams must have registered a team GPA of 3.2 or higher during the 2020-21 academic year. The Bulldogs were one of 145 teams in the nation to earn the award.
 
Additionally, six Drake student-athletes earned Scholar-Athlete honors for having a 3.5 or better GPA during the academic year.
 
Gabriel Sardo, Reid Jarvis, Benedek Herman, Freddie Powell, Matija Matic and Markus Bolin were all honored as ITA Scholar-Athletes.
