DES MOINES, IOWA -- For the second time in three days, the Drake University men's tennis team defeated a nationally ranked team. The Bulldogs took down No. 55 Wichita State 4-3, after defeating No. 44 Western Michigan on Friday.

Evan Fragistas defeated their opponents to secure the point in the double portion of the afternoon.
After a strong start, Drake fell behind 3-2 due to falling in three singles matches.
Schifris helped even out the score for Drake when he defeated Kristof Minarik on court one, 6-3, 7-6.
Markus Bolin was left on court six, as he faced Jackie Lin of Wichita State. Bolin was the only Bulldog to play three sets in their singles match, but came out on top, 6-7, 6-1, 6-2, and clinched the win for Drake.
The Bulldogs return to action Friday March 4 at 6pm as they host Northern Illinois.
