THE BASICS
The Drake women's golf team returns to competition after a three-week hiatus for the Diane Daugherty Invite hosted by Southern Illinois at Bogey Hills Country Club (Par 71 | 5,987 yards) in St. Charles, Mo.
 
36 holes will be played on Monday (March 28) beginning with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start while the final 18 holes are scheduled to be played on Tuesday (March 29) with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. The field consists of Austin Peay, Ball State, Belmont, Bradley, Creighton, Drake, Illinois State, Indiana State, Loyola, Missouri State, Omaha, Southern Illinois,
South Dakota, UNI, Valparaiso and Western Michigan.

LINEUP
Sam Paulak, Haeri Lee, Kristen Giles, Aayushi Sarkar and Kelly Kavanagh will all compete.
 
HAERI LEE OPENS SPRING SEASON WITH MVC GOLFER OF THE WEEK
Senior Haeri Lee was selected as Missouri Valley Conference Women's Golfer of the Week for the fourth time in her career, the league announced on Thursday (Feb. 24).

Lee (72-71-77, 220) finished tied for eighth place at the Islander Classic at Brackenridge Park Golf Course in San Antonio, Texas Feb. 21-22. She was in the Top-10 on the leaderboard for all three rounds.
 
MVC WOMEN'S GOLF PRESEASON POLL SUMMARY
Missouri State and Illinois State both received five first-place votes in the women's coaches poll, while Drake had 54 total points right behind SIU (55) for fifth place.
