ST. CHARLES, Mo. – The Drake women's golf team returned to competition at the Diane Daugherty Invite hosted by Southern Illinois at Bogey Hills Country Club (Par 71) on Monday, March 28. The Bulldogs (324-318-642) are in seventh place out of 16 teams following day one.
 
Kristen Giles (81-77-158) fired a team-low 77 in the second round and is tied with teammate Aayushi Sarkar (79-79-158) for 19^th place.
 
Haeri Lee (81-80-161) was consistent and notched a pair of birdies on day one. Sam Paulak (85-82-167) and Kelly Kavanagh (83-89-172) rounded out the Bulldog lineup.
 
The final round of the Diane Daugherty Invite is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday (March 29).
