MCALLEN, Texas – The Drake women's golf team concluded play at the UTRGV Invitational at McAllen Country Club on Tuesday (March 8). The Bulldogs finished in 11^th place (957 combined score) as a team.
 
Haeri Lee entered the final day in first place, but a scorecard error disqualified her in the final round.
 
Sam Paulak (80-74-79-233) finished tied for 21^st after a 79 in round three. Aayushi Sarkar (81-79-77-237) fired a team-low third round of 77 to wind up in the top 30 tied for 29^th.
 
Kristen Giles (81-84-80-245) responded with an 80 over the last 18 holes of the tournament. Gracie Tribolet (86-84-93-263) made her spring collegiate debut
 
Up next for Drake women's golf is the Diana Daugherty Invite hosted by Southern Illinois in St. Charles, Mo., March 28-29.
