"We're excited to welcome so many teams to the Drake Relays for what promises to be another stout competition that includes a national powerhouse like the Arkansas women's team," said Blake Boldon, the Franklin P. Johnson Director of the Drake Relays. "The battle for the Relays Cup continues to grow each year and I'm excited that Iowa's men will be challenged to defend their title against a slew of teams aiming to take it home."

The Relays Cup awards points for finishes in select events (4x800, Distance Medley, Sprint Medley, 4x100 and 4x400).
