CARY, N.C. – Drake's tandem of Oriana Parkins-Godwin and Ines Stephani were recently selected to compete in the doubles competition at the ITA All-American Championships hosted at Cary Tennis Park in Cary, N.C. Their hunt for an All-American title will start with the pre-qualifying round on Saturday, Sep. 30 to Sunday, Oct. 1.

The selection of Parkins-Godwin and Stephani marks the first time in Drake women's tennis history that the Bulldogs will be competing at the ITA All-American Championships in any capacity.

The dynamic duo put together a spectacular 2022-23 campaign. Stephani garnered the MVC Player of the Year award and earned an All-MVC No. Doubles selection. Both players were key pieces in Drake's MVC title and NCAA Tournament berth.

The tournament will continue with qualifying taking place from Oct. 2-4 and eventually conclude with the main draw from Oct. 5-8.
