ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Drake women's basketball rookie Anna Becker has been named MVC Freshman of the Week for the fourth time this season.
 
Becker turned in another strong outing for Drake in the Bulldogs' Pink Game victory over Indiana State. The freshman guard scored 14 points on an efficient 6-for-9 shooting performance while adding seven rebounds in the 88-70 win. Becker is second on the team in scoring, averaging just over 11 points per outing this season.
 
Becker and the Bulldogs will host two more Valley contests this week when Valparaiso (Feb. 19) and UIC (Feb. 22) come to town.
