BARTLESVILLE, Okla. – The Drake women's golf team completed its first tournament of the 2026 fall schedule on Tuesday afternoon at the Lady Clerico hosted by Oral Roberts and finished in seventh place.
 
The Bulldogs compiled a total team score of 949 with team rounds of 325-318-306 over the two days of play and 54 holes. Houston Chrisitan won the tournament with a final team score of 906.
 
Annabelle Bush, who competed as an individual for the Bulldogs, recorded the best finish of her career and tied for sixth on the individual leaderboard. The sophomore carded a career-best 54-hole score of 226 with rounds of 75-81-70. Bush's final round of 2-under 70 was the lowest score of the tournament for Drake and also marked the lowest 18-hole round of her career.
 
Of the players whose score counted toward Drake's team total, Kate Connolly led the way and tied for 25th. Connolly ended her tournament with a final score of 237 and fired rounds of 79-83-75. She was also among the top players in the field for scoring average on par three's tying for eighth with a scoring average of 3.17.
 
The Bulldogs then had a duo tie for 29th. Alicia Henault and Ava Lohrbach both carded total scores of 239. Henault improved each round shooting 82-79-78, while Lohrbach making her collegiate debut shot rounds of 83-78-78.
 
The final pair of Bulldogs, Alexis Reyes and Kalli Locklin, finished tied for 33rd at 243. Reyes went for rounds of 81-78-84 and after her opening two rounds of 85 and 83, Locklin ended on a high note in her collegiate debut with a final round of 75.
 
Lamar's Matilda Samervong took home individual medalist honors with a three-round finishing score of 1-over, 217.
 
The Bulldogs will be back on the course Sep. 28-29, from Davenport, Iowa, for the Diane Thomason Invitational.
