BLOOMINGTON, IND. - - Freshman Bryne Dordel struck out 10 Indiana batters and gave up no earned runs in the Drake softball team's 1-0 loss to the host Hoosiers Thursday.

Dordel held Indiana scoreless through the first five innings and allowed only three hits in her six-inning gem.

Freshmen Jenna Delong (Dalton Gardens, Idaho) and Erin Bly (Tinley Park, Ill) each recorded a hit to help the Bulldogs effort.

Drake continues Missouri Valley Conference action at Indiana State at 2 p.m. Friday.
