OMAHA, Neb. - Carding a final-round 354, the Drake women's golf team earned a 36-hole score of 685 (331-354=685), good for a seventh-place finish among 14 teams at the Creighton Golf Classic hosted by Oak Hills Country Club on Tuesday (April 17).

Sophomore Hadley Jennings (Trenton, Mo.) was the Bulldogs' top finisher with a two-day total of 168 to tie for 22nd place, after posting a final round 88.

Freshman Danielle Brooks (Red Wing, Minn.) collected a 91 over the final 18 holes to end her tournament with a 172 (81-91=172) score, which was tied for 31st place.

Firing scores of 86, 89 and 92, respectively, were seniors Christy Wittmer (Hampton, Iowa) and Paige Menze (Oxbow, N.D.) along with junior Chelsey Falk (Glenwood, Minn.).

Menze and Wittmer wrapped up tournament action tied for 43rd place with identical 175 scores.  One shot off their pace was Falk, who carded a 36-hole mark of 176.

The Bulldogs conclude their spring campaign traveling to Terre Haute, Ind., to compete in the State Farm Missouri Valley Conference Championship (April 22-24).

DRAKE RESULTS: Hadley Jennings 168 (80-88=168/T-22nd), Danielle Brooks 172 (81-91=172/T-31st), Paige Menze 175 (86-89=175/T-43rd), Christy Wittmer 175 (89-86=175/T-43rd) and Chelsey Falk 176 (84-92=176/T-45th).
