MVC Co-Golfer of the Week
After earning medalist honors at the Loyola Parkinson Invitational,
Kristen Giles of Drake women's golf was named Missouri Valley Conference Co-Golfer of the Week, the league announced on Thursday, Oct. 13.
Giles (78-69-78, 225) converted nine birdies and two eagles to win at the Loyola Parkinson Invitational hosted by the Merit Club (Par 72) in Libertyville, Ill., Oct. 10-11. Her second round score of 69 is her collegiate career-best 18-hole round.
