ST. LOUIS, Mo. – Back-to-back Pioneer Football League champion Drake football landed 20 honorees between the first team, second team, and honorable mentions, the conference announced today.
Star defensive end
Finn Claypool highlights the Bulldogs' All-PFL selections as one of three unanimous first teamers. Claypool earned First Team All-PFL honors for the second year in a row and adds another accolade to his 2022 PFL Defensive Freshman of the Year and 2023 Defensive Player of the Year awards. Claypool is one of 11 repeat First Team All-PFL players, along with special teams ace
Shane Dunning.
Dunning's name is listed twice on this year's All-PFL teams. He was included on the first team as a placekicker and second team as a punter.
Other unanimous selections include St. Thomas running back Hope Adebayo and San Diego wide receiver Ja'seem Reed, the league's 2024 Offensive Player of the Year.
