DES MOINES, Iowa — Rylee Heryford, Erika Holmberg, Julie Huggins, and Alexis Reyes of Drake women's golf were named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association All-American Scholar Team on Monday, the organization announced.

Heryford had a 3.57 GPA in Management & Organizational Leadership and finished her senior season with scoring average of 78.50 and tallied one top-10 finish on the season at the Stampede at the Creek.

Holmberg carried a GPA of 4.00 in Secondary Education with a specification in English  and finished the season with her best result of the year, tying for seventh at the MVC Championship to go along with a scoring average of 78.46 over 24 rounds.

Huggins led Drake on the year with a scoring average of 76.11 and earned All-Conference honors following her top-10 performance at the MVC Championship. Huggins completed her undergraduate degree with a GPA of 3.68 in Finance and owned a 4.00 GPA working towards her Master of Business Administration.

Reyes recorded a scoring average of 80.54 over eight events and posted her best 54-hole score of 222 during the Clash at Boulder Creek. She is currently majoring in Psychology with a GPA of 3.74.

To be selected for the WGCA All-American Scholar Team student-athletes must have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season and have played in 50-percent of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds. In total, 1,551 women's collegiate golfers were recognized with the honor.
